About Tara, The Founder
Hi, I’m Tara! I'm deeply passionate about creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels they can thrive and belong. I've spent over a decade working in Cultural Intelligence – not just as a job, but as a true calling.
One of the things I’m most proud of is being a CQ Fellow, which means I've really dug into understanding how cultural intelligence can make a real difference in how we connect and work together.
It's something I'm always learning about and excited to share. I’ve been fortunate to lead teams and initiatives in this area, but what really drives me is seeing people thrive when they feel seen and valued.
I’m also a Chopra Certified Coach. This allows me to bring a holistic approach to my work and interactions, focusing on wellbeing and personal growth. I’ve also earned a few other certifications like Cultural Intelligence & Unconscious Bias Facilitator and a Cornell Certified Diversity Professional/Advanced Practitioner, which just means I'm constantly seeking to learn and grow in my field.
At the end of the day, I’m all about creating connections, fostering understanding, and helping people and organizations reach their fullest potential.
